The ORKA Squat Challenge is an international rep-based fitness competition where athletes perform the maximum number of correctly executed squats within the official time limit and compete across structured age and gender divisions.

Anyone worldwide can participate under the official categories:

  • U14
  • U18
  • Open (18 to 35)
  • 35+

Each category includes separate Male and Female divisions to ensure fair competition.

You can register through the official ORKA platform, select your correct age and gender category, complete the payment process, and receive instructions for recording and submitting your performance.

Yes. The ORKA Squat Challenge is conducted digitally. Participants record their performance using a mobile camera and upload their video through the official system.

Each squat must:

  • Reach at least parallel depth (thighs parallel to ground or lower)
  • Keep heels flat on the ground
  • Return to full standing position with knees and hips fully extended

Incomplete depth or lockout will result in rep rejection.

The official time duration (for example: 60 seconds or 2 minutes) will be announced before the competition. Athletes must complete as many valid reps as possible within that time.

No equipment is required. This is a bodyweight squat competition. You only need:

  • A flat surface
  • A visible timer
  • A mobile camera

Yes. Standard athletic footwear is allowed.

Yes. You may submit multiple attempts during the competition window. Only your best verified score will be displayed on the leaderboard.

All videos are reviewed by the ORKA verification team to ensure:

  • Proper squat depth
  • Full body visibility
  • Visible timer
  • No video edits
  • Correct technique

Yes. A registration fee applies as per the official ORKA competition structure.

Top 3 athletes in each division receive medals and prize money according to the official prize model. All verified participants receive a digital participation certificate.

Reps that do not meet the official depth standard will not be counted. If the entire video fails to meet standards, it may be rejected and you can resubmit during the competition period.

Yes. The ORKA Squat Challenge is open internationally, and you will appear in both national and global rankings.

In case of a tie for medal positions, ORKA may apply tie-breaking rules or award joint recognition according to official policy.

Yes. Athletes compete individually but may represent their gym, academy, or country.

Yes. Registered athletes can monitor weekly performance updates and ranking changes inside the ORKA system.
