ORKA Dead Hang Challenge
The ORKA Dead Hang Challenge is a global Time Count strength competition designed to test one of the purest measures of upper-body endurance — grip strength, shoulder stability, and mental toughness. Athletes hang from a standard pull-up bar with arms fully extended and feet off the ground, holding their bodyweight for as long as possible under strict international rules. What seems simple quickly becomes a true battle of discipline and focus. Open across multiple age divisions and separate male and female categories, this challenge gives every athlete — from beginners to elite competitors — an equal opportunity to compete on a verified international platform.
Every performance is submitted via mobile video and officially reviewed before approval, ensuring fair play and accurate timing. Once verified, athletes are instantly placed into live leaderboards based on Age Category, Gender Category, National Ranking, and World Ranking. This dynamic ranking system allows competitors to track their progress week by week, compare themselves with athletes across their country, and see exactly where they stand globally. The ORKA Dead Hang Challenge transforms a basic pull-up bar test into a prestigious worldwide competition where endurance, grip power, and determination decide who climbs to the top of the rankings.
