The ORKA Push-Up Challenge is a global rep-based strength competition where athletes perform the maximum number of correctly executed push-ups within the official time limit and compete across structured age and gender divisions.

Anyone worldwide can participate under the official categories:

  • U14
  • U18
  • Open (18 to 35)
  • 35+

Each category has separate Male and Female divisions for fair competition.

Register through the official ORKA platform, select your correct age and gender category, complete the payment, and follow the instructions to record and submit your performance.

Yes. The ORKA Push-Up Challenge is conducted digitally. Participants record their performance using a mobile camera and submit it via the official ORKA platform.

Each push-up must include:

  • Full plank position (arms extended, body straight)
  • Chest lowering to near floor level
  • Elbows bending to approximately 90 degrees
  • Body straight (hips not sagging or raised)
  • Full arm extension at the top

Improper form will result in reps being rejected.

The official time duration (e.g., 60 seconds or 2 minutes) is announced prior to the competition. Participants must complete as many correct reps as possible within the time limit.

No. Required items:

  • Flat surface
  • Mobile camera
  • Visible timer
  • Optional exercise mat

No gym equipment is needed.

Yes. Standard athletic shoes are allowed, but barefoot is also acceptable.

Yes. Multiple submissions are allowed during the competition period. Only your best verified score will appear on the leaderboard.

All videos are reviewed by the ORKA verification team to ensure:

  • Full-body visibility
  • No video edits or cuts

Only verified scores will count for rankings and prizes.

Yes. Registration requires a fee according to the official ORKA pricing structure.

Top 3 athletes in each division receive medals and prize money. Verified participants receive digital certificates.

Reps performed with incorrect form (hips sagging, chest not reaching floor, incomplete lockout) will not count. Videos failing verification may be rejected, but resubmissions are allowed within the competition period.

Yes. ORKA Push-Up Challenge is open internationally. Your score will appear in both national and global rankings.

In case of a tie for medal positions, ORKA may apply tie-breaking rules or award joint recognition according to official policy.

Yes. Athletes compete individually but can represent their gym, academy, or country.
