ORKA JUMPING JACKS CHALLENGE

About ORKA Jumping Jacks Challenge

The ORKA Jumping Jacks Challenge is an international rep-based endurance competition that transforms one of the most recognized full-body conditioning exercises into a structured global event. Jumping jacks are widely used in athletic warm-ups, military training, school fitness programs, and professional sports conditioning because they develop cardiovascular endurance, coordination, rhythm, and muscular stamina. ORKA standardizes this movement under official competition rules, requiring athletes to perform maximum correctly executed repetitions within the announced time limit. With U14, U18, Open, and 35+ age categories — and separate Male and Female divisions — the challenge ensures fair, balanced, and inclusive competition for participants worldwide.

As a fully digital competition, athletes record their performance using a mobile camera and submit it for official verification. Every video is reviewed to confirm proper form, full arm extension overhead, correct leg movement, visible timing, and compliance with repetition standards. Once approved, performances are placed into live leaderboards organized by Age Category, Gender Division, National Ranking, and World Ranking. This transparent ranking system allows competitors to track their weekly progress, compare results across their country, and measure themselves against global participants in real time.

Beyond competition, the ORKA Jumping Jacks Challenge promotes cardiovascular health, coordination, and full-body endurance in a simple yet powerful format. It requires no equipment, making it accessible to athletes at home, in schools, or in professional training environments. By participating, athletes not only compete for ranking recognition and potential prize opportunities but also build essential fitness foundations that support overall athletic performance. With verified scoring, structured divisions, and international visibility, the ORKA Jumping Jacks Challenge turns a classic exercise into a prestigious worldwide endurance contest.
