ORKA MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS CHALLENGE

About ORKA Mountain Climbers Challenge

The ORKA Mountain Climbers Challenge is an international rep-based endurance competition designed to test speed, agility, cardiovascular capacity, and core stability under standardized global rules. Mountain climbers are a powerful full-body conditioning movement used in athletic training, military fitness, and high-performance programs worldwide. ORKA transforms this explosive exercise into a structured global competition where athletes perform the maximum number of correctly executed repetitions within the official time limit. With U14, U18, Open, and 35+ age categories — and separate Male and Female divisions — the challenge ensures fair and equal competition across all levels of participants.

As a fully digital competition, athletes record their performance using a mobile camera and submit it for official verification. Each video is reviewed to confirm proper plank alignment, full knee drive, visible timing, and compliance with movement standards. Once approved, results are placed into live leaderboards organized by Age Category, Gender Division, National Ranking, and World Ranking. This real-time ranking system allows athletes to track progress weekly, compare themselves nationally and globally, and strategically improve their standing throughout the season.

Beyond competition, the ORKA Mountain Climbers Challenge promotes explosive endurance, fat-burning efficiency, coordination, and mental resilience. It challenges both muscular stamina and cardiovascular strength in one intense format. By participating, athletes not only compete for medals and prize recognition but also develop functional athletic performance that benefits nearly every sport. With transparent judging, verified scoring, and structured international rankings, ORKA turns a fast-paced conditioning drill into a prestigious worldwide endurance contest.
