ORKA SIT UPS CHALLENGE
About ORKA Sit-Ups Challenge
The ORKA Sit-Ups Challenge is an international rep-based core endurance competition designed to measure abdominal strength, muscular stamina, and technical consistency under standardized global rules. Sit-ups are one of the most recognized core exercises in fitness, military testing, and athletic training — and ORKA transforms this classic movement into a structured worldwide competitive platform. Athletes perform maximum correctly executed sit-ups within the official time limit, following strict range-of-motion standards to ensure fairness and credibility. Open to U14, U18, Open, and 35+ age categories with separate Male and Female divisions, the challenge provides equal opportunity for competitors at every level.
As a digital global competition, participants record their performance using a mobile camera and submit it for official verification. Each video is carefully reviewed to confirm correct technique, visible timing, and rule compliance. Once approved, results are placed into live leaderboards organized by Age Category, Gender Division, National Ranking, and World Ranking. This transparent ranking system allows athletes to monitor their progress, compare themselves nationally and globally, and compete strategically throughout the season.
Beyond competition, the ORKA Sit-Ups Challenge promotes strong core development — a key foundation for athletic performance, posture, injury prevention, and overall functional fitness. By participating, athletes not only compete for medals and prize recognition but also build essential strength that benefits nearly every sport and daily movement. With verified scoring, structured divisions, and international ranking visibility, the ORKA Sit-Ups Challenge turns a simple core exercise into a prestigious global fitness contest.
