Anyone can participate! The competition includes:

Each age category has separate Male and Female divisions.

Register on the official ORKA platform, select your age and gender category, record your wall sit attempt following official rules, and upload your video for verification.

The ORKA Wall Sit Challenge is conducted digitally. Participants record their performance using a mobile camera and submit it through the official platform.

All submitted videos are reviewed by the ORKA verification team to ensure proper posture, correct timing, and adherence to official rules before updating the live rankings.

  • Knees at 90 degrees (thighs parallel to the ground)
  • Feet flat on the floor
  • Arms crossed or extended (not resting on thighs)

Improper posture may result in rejection.

No special equipment is required. You only need:

  • A flat wall
  • A visible timer
  • A mobile camera for recording

Yes. You may upload multiple attempts during the competition window. Only your best verified time will count toward rankings.

After verification, your time updates in real time across:

This allows you to track your position globally.

Yes, a registration fee applies as per the official ORKA competition structure.

Top 3 athletes in each division receive medals and prize money according to the official prize structure. Digital certificates are awarded to verified participants.

If your submission does not meet the official standards (angle, posture, timer visibility, or editing issues), it will be rejected. You may resubmit a new valid attempt within the competition period.

Verification timelines may vary depending on volume, but updates are processed as quickly as possible to maintain live leaderboard accuracy.
